Nikki is a personal trainer, and she and her husband own a gym. Nikki first learned about intermittent fasting in 2021 when her book club read Fast. Feast. Repeat. Since then, Nikki has accumulated 983 days of fasting and experienced numerous health benefits, including losing 15 to 17 pounds to return to her preferred maintenance weight range.
