Lena is an English teacher. She shares that as a young girl, she was extremely preoccupied with being beautiful and slim, longing to be a model. Lena began to struggle with her weight in college and hired a trainer who put her on a low-calorie diet. She lost weight but gained it back.
In the Spring of 2019, Lena found Delay, Don’t Deny and began her IF journey. It took her awhile to trust the process, but once she adjusted, Lena enjoyed the freedom she found in the IF way of living.
