Daniel is a real estate investor from Texas. In 2019, he found himself at his highest weight of 320 pounds, and knew he must do something about his weight. His wife found IF, and they lived the lifestyle together until she passed away from an inoperable tumor in 2021. Daniel continued living the IF lifestyle, and went on to lose more than 100 pounds. He feels that IF helped him to better cope with her passing.
Daniel’s advice: “Don’t think about how hard IF is. Give it time, and think about the reward that is yet to come.”
